Long Desc: The Runic blacksmith labors here over an open hearth.

This burly dwarf wields his hammer skillfully, pounding a sword to razor
sharpness.  Such a craftsman is capable of the most delicate swirls and
arabesques, or he can put the handle back on a broken war hammer.  He leaves
you waiting while he finishes his task before turning to you, wiping the
perspiration off his face with a towel as he greets you.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
