This quest is called 'Steal the Steel',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 30.
Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
Some of the guards are complaining about the poor quality of their
swords. It seems that the steel of which they are made is lacking
resistance. The Runic blacksmith has told me about a type of steel which is
more resistant, does not rust and stays sharp far longer than ordinary
steel. It is rumored that a sword made of this steel remains sharp for
hundreds of years, so sharp that it can cut down a medium sized tree in the
hands of a strong man. Only a samurai can wield such a weapon, and there
are less than a dozen such swords in Alyria. You must find one and deliver
it to the blacksmith, so he can study it and improve the quality of the
guards' weapons.
