NPC: A female senior citizen
Long Desc: A female senior citizen rambles as she walks.

This lady is very old.  She has big bags under her eyes.  Her nose is
misshapen and she suffers from dry skin.  Her face is wrinkled and has many
age spots on it.  Her posture is poor and she no longer can stand up
straight and tall.  Though her appearance is awful, she still holds herself
in high esteem.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
