Long Desc: A squat, balding drow stands behind reinforced metal bars.

The drow in charge of the city's bank, and therefore economic policy, do not
entrust any aspect of their business, professional or personal, to anyone or
anything else.  Believing that the imps of Alyria already wield too much
power, no matter their professed neutrality, they eschew the typical
stewards of the world's economy and perform the menial tasks of counting,
calculating, storing and dispensing all of the gold that flows through their
hands themselves.  This is dirty, laborious work, but they do so with only a
great deal of rich, gold-leafed complaint.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
