NPC: A cultist of V'ree
Long Desc: A swaddled man suspends from the ceiling by hooks in his back.

The flesh in this man's back is stretched to its limit, as the hooks
embedded in his skin are the only things keeping him suspended from the
ceiling.  It looks incredibly painful, and while he does not appear to be
immune to it, there is definitely the impression that he gains strength from
the pain.  Rather than minimizing his movement, he swings as he dangles,
causing the hooks to jiggle around in his skin.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
