NPC: A goblin slavemaster
Long Desc: A goblin stands here, ordering about all of the rest of the slaves.

The most vicious punishment set upon the goblin slaves is not visited upon
them by their drow masters, but by the peers given a whit of control over
them, and the false hope that being a good slave will earn their freedom.
It will not.  Slaves die one way, and that is like slaves; rapidly,
brutally, and with no chance of there ever having been any other way to do
so.
He is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
