NPC: A follower of Xuchar
Long Desc: A follower of Xuchar flagellates himself in time to the chanting coming from below.

The flagellants of Xuchar are not known to be a particularly friendly group,
but that's not terribly surprising given that they spend most of their time
focusing on the evil of the world, including the evil they help to propagate
and perpetrate.  The rest of their time is spent dressing their self-
inflicted wounds, so they can spend more time causing more self-inflicted
wounds.
It is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
