NPC: The Tellerium clan master
Long Desc: A tall man stands here, his long robes dragging gently along the floor.

This ancient minotaur has been involved in Tellerium clan matters for many a
year.  His smile is slightly bemused as your eyes wander over him.  In his
left hand is a beautiful, carved wooden stylus, and he nurses a huge book of
records in which he files daily clan matters in his right hand.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
