NPC: Desid the Stalker
Long Desc: A one-eyed Crocodilian rests on her good leg in the dark corner of her storefront.

Although her stalking years are behind her, along with her residence in the
empire where she made a name for herself, her reputation has outpersisted
both.  Now her sons do the dirty work, and she is able, if not happy, to
rest at home, serving as the face and financier of her mercenary group.  

+++ Desid the Stalker will, when when told the ID of an archon class phase
quest an Adventurer is having issues with, dispatch one of her sons to
investigate.

+++ Desid the Stalker will, when given a token ringed with the words
'ultima ratio regum', order a son to help out with that Adventurer's quest,
Completing the next incomplete phase.
She is a crocodile approximately 5'7" tall.
