NPC: A shopkeeper carrying many ledgers
Long Desc: A shopkeeper sells his wares with disinterest.

He's not selling, and if you don't know what's available to purchase, you're
not buying.  In fact, you should probably just leave.  His demeanor does not
indicate anything to the contrary.  The cap that hangs low over his brow
prevents you from seeing his face, and everyone's probably better off that
way.  

If you are brave enough to ask how much you owe, he might even tell you.
He is a dracon approximately 5'0" tall.
