Long Desc: A regular samples a tiny plate of hors d'oeuvres.

The ceremonial mageknights' vest is de rigueur when at the clubhouse, and
this Sigilian is putting his through the paces.  Apparently more familiar
with the clubhouse's menu than the members-only practice range and
gymnasium, his clothing is stretched tight.  He looks like he could still
hold his own in battle, but he's obviously enjoying both the cook's
specialities and his distance from the Maitresse.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
