NPC: Ambassador Nezak
Long Desc: An amorphous humanoid rests against the back wall, sitting on the spongey, festering floor.

Nezak is a holonym of convenience, a moniker devised solely for the
necessary evil of communicating with lesser beings- specifically, all beings
that are not it.  Not technically an individual, or even a discrete being,
Nezak, or the indefinite 'the Nezak', are a collection of individuals whose
wills inhabit one another and share bodies as necessary.  Its collective
will is a fearsome thing, but its power is restricted to just that-
willpower.  As shapeshifters and transient souls who can only survive in the
darkest urban hellholes, it has little Agency elsewhere, and pose little
threat, but its ambition is as big as the world.  It appears to have made a
foothold in the diplomatic realm, which is mysterious, given its preference
for horrid places and its near-immobility.  Yet, apparently the power of the
drow and their empress is worth the tremendous effort required to come and
remain here, so here Nezak is.
It is a doppelganger approximately 5'5" tall.
