Long Desc: A halfling wearing a fine smoking vest chews his pipe behind the counter.

This stout little halfling contentedly chews on his pipe behind the
counter as you walk in.  He is tall for a halfling, nearly 4 full feet.  His
bare feet, propped up on the counter, each sport a tuft of hair a dwarf
would be proud to call a beard.  As you gaze about the room, he looks past
you through his window, and says "care for a muffin?  They're fresh baked
today."  He motions to a cloth-covered bowl on the edge of the counter.
He is a halfling approximately 4'0" tall.
