NPC: A young fey boy
Long Desc: A young fey boy is here causing a ruckus.

This fey youngster is running everywhere around town.  Some of the
residents seem to be bothered by his active nature.  Very curious at his
young age, he chooses to explore all that he can.  He knows there is
something more to this town than meets the eye but can't quite put his
finger on it yet.  One day hopefully his father will tell him what really
goes on in Cavhfail.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
