Long Desc: A guard is here, keeping the streets safe from vagrants.

A short muscular fey stands here, arms bulging against his shirting.  His
dark eyes miss nothing, his black wings are folded tightly against his body,
ready to spring at a moment's notice.  Highly skilled in the martial arts,
he is quite capable of destroying any opponent with ease.
It is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
