NPC: A bloody fey butcher
Long Desc: A bloody fey stands here, wielding a large butcher's knife.

An older, male fey is here donning a white bloodstained apron.  He has
large cut mark scars on his arms from his work experience, and a complex
tattoo of the unseelie crest is on his shoulder.  He has a devilish look in
his eyes as he cuts into a deep piece of meat.  He seems to be very messy,
but every concise.  Only cutting prime cuts of meat, all of his wares are
very delicious indeed.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
