NPC: A harsh supervisor
Long Desc: A scarred supervisor is here, cracking the whip.

A tall, brooding man surveys his workers.  He barks orders, and knocks
skulls together figuratively and literally.  This supervisor may have a
right to keep a strict rein over his workers.  A deep gash runs from
shoulder to ear, looking suspiciously like a dwarven axe blow.  It's amazing
he even managed to live through anything which would make such a mark, and
seems to have learned from it.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
