NPC: A dying flame
Long Desc: Lost and out of its element, a spirit of flames is here.

This almost-shapeless, dusky red flame will soon become a victim of the
torturous cold of this landscape.  Although the fire is in no way humanoid,
its barely-perceptible movement could just as easily be a shivering man,
woman, or child.  It has managed to take some of the supposedly permanent
frost with it, melting enough to create a small puddle of water beneath.
It is a elemental approximately 7'0" tall.
