NPC: The antique dealer
Long Desc: The antique dealer examines his wares, discovering new things all the time.

This young fey has worked up quite a collection of what some would call
trash.  To him it is his bread and butter, not to mention infinitely
interesting.  He dresses in a silk suit from the primaterial plane, probably
made in one of the fine towns on Sepharia.  A black fedora covers his
straight brown hair.  His wings are hidden beneath the back of his suit.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
