NPC: Hocus, the fey witch
Long Desc: Hocus, the fey witch stands behind a counter selling magical components.

This wretched old fey looks like she has been dropped in acid, thrown off
a cliff, and then stoned to death twice, before being put through multiple
Proving Ground deathtraps.  Her sickly skin is icky green beneath her
oversized silk robe.  She wears broken high heeled shoes, both black.  A
giant nose with a wart on it sticks out from her bearded face, while clawlike
fingers covered in pustular pimples finger a newt's eye.
She is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
