NPC: A restaurant patron
Long Desc: A middle-aged fey is here enjoying a quick meal before hitting the road.

He is a middle-aged man that looks like he is a very hard worker.  His
clothing leads you to believe that he is a blacksmith of sorts but the style
is not that of any of the smithies in the area.  His gruff face exudes a
very monotone attitude.  Probably better to let this man enjoy his meal.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
