Before you stands an old wrinkled fey.  He is puffing on a wooden pipe.
Very content with his existance, he has seen everything that has gone on in
Cavhfail.  Perhaps he could be the link to the mystery behind this city.  Be
careful when showing your aggression, he is fully prepared to defend
himself.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
