NPC: Banath
Long Desc: Banath is here, drowning his sorrows with alcohol.

Banath is the official Rune Towne drunk.  Usually, he can be found in one
of the many bars of Rune, drowning his sorrows with whatever alchoholic
beverage he can afford.  When not in any of the bars, he can frequently be
found in the alley, stone drunk.  But more frequently, he can be found in
the Rune Prison, sobering up from being arrested for public drunkeness.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
