NPC: A small green frog
Long Desc: A small green frog is here, hopping about.

At first glance, it appears to be an ordinary small green frog, but then
you notice that the coloration is unusual.  It has unusual markings on its
body, markings that look almost make it seem like the frog were wearing a
small breastplate and greaves.  And even stranger, this frog has really
pretty blue eyes; they look almost human.
It is a frog approximately 1'5" tall.
