NPC: An alley cat
Long Desc: An alley cat hisses at you.

A mangy, half-starved, stringy, alley cat is here slinking from shadow to
shadow in search of something to eat.  For a cat, it is remarkably dirty, as
if it has simply given up on even attempting to keep itself cleaned and
groomed.  It has a wild look in its eyes and it growls and hisses at you
menacingly as you attempt to get a closer look.
She is a domestic cat approximately 1'7" tall.
