Long Desc: A wizened dwarf, loop in hand, stands ready to examine your treasure.

This dwarf works in the finest appraisal shop in all of Sigil.  He has a
jeweler's glass dangling from a chain on his neck, and a loop in his hand.
There are various piles of chipped and broken gems on one side of the desk,
ready to be disposed of.  On the other side is a sparkling pile of beautiful
gems, ready to be sold.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
