NPC: The motherly librarian
Long Desc: The librarian beams a motherly smile as you pass by her.

She is the archetypical, matronly librarian.  Capped by a bun of silver
hair, her motherly, almost perfectly round and double-chinned face rests
like the moon atop her plump, dumpling body.  She even has the expected
pencil tucked behind her ear and glasses hanging from a chain around her
neck.  She looks as if she would like to do nothing more than to wrap you in
her arms and read you to sleep.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
