Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
Our society today is heading further and further towards corruption, crime
and sinfulness. I believe the most important way to prevent any further
decline is to educate our children. I'm proud to report our local library
is now hosting a scout program to re-educate troubled children, and provide
them with the opportunity to participate in more wholesome activities. In
support of this noble endeavor, I would like to provide the library with
some food, toys, and books. Please gather these items for me and deliver
the items to the library along with my well wishes. Be sure to let any
youths you encounter about the program also. It is important you complete
