NPC: A gnome mage
Long Desc: A small gnome mage is here, a prisoner of the Orcs.

This small mage used to be a very good and nice man.  Now he is hardened
from the many years of torture and captivity.  He has a long straggly beard
that is unkempt, and his cheeks are protruding from his face because of
malnutrition.  He is in terrible shape and needs a good meal and rest as
soon as possible.
He is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
