Long Desc: A Sidhe dignitary is roaming the streets enjoying the many sights.

A member of the Sidhe foreign dignitaries is in town for a multi-race
conference.  This dignitary is wearing a long purple robe with the state
seal of his land.  He is a rather tall person who is quite advanced in
years.  His hair is a brilliant silver and his hands show signs of
arthritis.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
