NPC: A Persian cat
Long Desc: A persian cat roams the streets looking for something to eat.

This lovely looking creature is a Persian cat.  They have a lovely coat
of hair with black and brown coloring.  This cat is well tamed, probably it
is a house pet that is allowed to wander about during the day.  When you
come near the cat it looks up at you and meows.  Looks like it wants you to
pet it.
It is a domestic cat approximately 1'5" tall.
