NPC: A bright red cardinal
Long Desc: A cardinal is here perched in a tree.

Cardinals normally live in pairs so this one's mate must be around here
somewhere.  It is obvious this is the male of the pair.  He has bright red
plumage and a crown of pointed feathers upon his head.  The female has a
more brown coat and is not as easy to spot.
He is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
