NPC: The harlot
Long Desc: A harlot is here looking for a customer to seduce.

This harlot is one of the scum of Templeton.  She is a very dirty woman
who is just trying to make a living in a harsh climate.  She has black hair
that reaches halfway down her back.  Her eyes are almost black giving off a
lifeless cold stare.  Her clothing is nothing more than old dirty rags.
She is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
