Long Desc: The local magistrate's secretary is here taking down visitors' names and doing paperwork.

This lovely looking minotaur woman is the town magistrate's secretary.
Her daily tasks include checking on records for the magistrate, organizing
the files, and helping visitors get information.  She is a fair sized woman
for her race, and she is wearing standard clothing that can be found in
town.
She is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
