NPC: The priest of St. Ruth's
Long Desc: The priest is here looking over his next sermon.

The priest of the St. Ruth's Cathedral is a very old man, perhaps as old
at 80.  He has studied scripture his entire life and now devotes his
services to speaking to the citizens through his sermons.  He wears a large
pointed hat and very ornate robes.  The robes have Christian symbols on them
and are a brilliant white with violet stripes on it.  The edges are frilled
and have gold tassels hanging from them.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
