NPC: Parker
Long Desc: Parker greets guests with a warm smile and stands ready to serve.

Parker, the inn clerk, is an elderly gentleman who is going bald.  He has
small tufts of white hair in a ring around the shiny bald top of his head.
He is wearing a well-tailored vest over a button up shirt with brass
buttons.  His pants appear to be tailored to fit him perfectly by one of the
finer tailors in Templeton.  Greeting each guest with a warm smile, Parker
makes them feel special and encourages each to be at ease during their stay.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
