NPC: The alchemist
Long Desc: A man in metal plated gloves and crystal goggles stands here.

Splattered with unnameable chemicals and smudged with pungent poultices,
this man is probably poison to the touch.  He's worked around these
chemicals so much that you're sure he's filled to the brim with them.  He
smiles to you with green teeth through a set of crystal goggles that are
pitted and etched.  He carelessly drops a glass of smouldering liquid that
quickly eats its way through the marble countertop.  Totally ignoring that,
he strides over to you, offering a metal-clad hand, dripping with some black
goo.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
