NPC: An elvish bouncer
Long Desc: A tall elvish bouncer is here.

This large elf is the bouncer for the Laughing Prickear.  It is an
elvish-only tavern.  You have heard stories about the activity that takes
place inside but this large man won't let non-elves in.  He is very large
for an elf.  He has extremely large muscles, and is wearing a strong leather
vest and pants.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
