This quest is called 'Planting the Seeds of Chaos', for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Description of Planting the Seeds of Chaos:
I find myself extremely jealous of the growing commerce and stability
that Lord Telleri has achieved. To makes things worse, many of the
expeditions commissioned to keep an eye on the northern giants have brought
me news that they have been amassing numbers and might. I will do all that
I can to ensure my lovely Templeton's prosperity in such trying times. I
need you to pit the giants against Tellerium, thereby reducing their threat
to us. Obtain an ice boulder from Frost Giant's Keep and a small sword from
the Tellerium. These will be the seeds of chaos. Kill one of the frost
giant guards and spread word that Lord Tellerium's men have committed the
crime. You would need to do the same with one of the honor guards in
Tellerium. Make it look as if it was done by the frost giants. Plant the
seeds accordingly and report back to me when you are done. Be wary of the
other adventurers camping around the keep, they may be Lord Telleri's men
who would not hesitate to kill you.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 32000 experience points, and 12000 gold pieces.
