Description of Tambourine Man:
I am thinking of holding a massive festival in Sigil. Before I do this,
I want the town people's spirits lifted just a bit so they can enjoy the
festival more. Search out some musical performers from around the area and
ask if they would be interested in playing. Return to me with their
answers. Also search out some party items that are required.
