NPC: The janitor
Long Desc: A janitor is walking around, cleaning up.

This man works hard at keeping the city clean.  His back is hunched, and
his eyes are tired.  You wouldn't wish his job upon anyone.  But without
him, the city would certainly be a dirty place.  He pushes his cart about,
scooping up litter as he goes along.  Suddenly, he gets a smile on his face.
He's just found a pouch of gold under a pile of refuse.  Perhaps it's not
such a bad job after all...
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
