Quest: Sigilian Census
This quest [1900] is called 'Sigilian Census',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 60.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has been brought to my attention that we need to take a head count in
this city! I need someone to go out and visit with the fine citizens of
Sigil and discuss with them how many people are living here. Besides, what
better way to make people feel like their complaints are being heard? If
you can go make me a list of the citizens in this city, I will reward you
handsomely! You may want to start near the southern gate and work your way
northward to the north gate so that nobody is forgotten. May the powers
favor you in your endeavor!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 40 quest points, 3 practice points, 16,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 10,000 gold pieces.

Phase 9: Visit A drunken pirate.
Phase 10: Visit A sidhe merchant.
Phase 11: Visit A deft thief.
Phase 12: Visit A goblin mercenary.
Phase 13: Visit A wandering monk.
Phase 14: Visit A gnome barbarian.
