NPC: A deft thief
Long Desc: An ordinary looking man blends into the crowd.

This small individual has learned to blend well with the crowds.  You
would never have noticed him if you were just another tourist.  He is quite
good, you see him take at least 3 passersby for their coins with hands so
deft they float in and out of the pockets unnoticed.  You tighten your purse
strings, and hope he is the only one close by.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
