This quest [2526] is called 'Mystical Parade',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
The knights of Sigil are in need of some recognition and I believe a
parade would do nicely. They have honored me with their service for a long
time now and I want them to see that their service is well appreciated. I
have spoken with Garan and he agrees that we should throw a marvelous parade
in honor of all the knights. I want you to seek Garan out and talk with him
on how to make this parade a spectacular one to remember throughout the
ages, so please make sure that you comply with all of his demands. I want
this parade to go smoothly and perfectly!
