A member of Sigil's elite class idles her day away shopping and
discussing her distaste with all these revolting tourists.  She gives you a
derisive sneer, and does her best to make it painfully obvious she's
ignoring you.  You have half a mind to run her through, but don't want to
have to deal with the guards of this city.
