Quest: My Sigil!

This quest [2815] is called 'My Sigil!',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 35.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently, I thought of a great competition we could hold for the people of
Sigil. Competitors are to paint a picture of what they think the meaning of
Sigil is, what we are all about. The paintings will be judged in one weeks
time by several honest Sigil citizens whom you will choose. Also, as I
would like to set the right example for the people of this town, I request
that you obtain and deliver to me, the correct equipment needed for me to
paint my very own Sigil! Good Luck! May the Powers guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 15 quest points, 2 practice points, 19,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 9,000 gold pieces.
You have 150 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
My Sigil! consists of:

Phase 1: Visit A noble lady.

Phase 2: Visit A fearless adventurer.

Phase 3: Visit An alert city guard.

Phase 4: Visit The janitor.

Phase 5: Recover a page of parchment.
