This quest is called 'Music Scholarships!',
for Adventurers levels 31 to 59.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently, one of Alyria's best music schools announced to Sigil and the
nearby towns that they would award two scholarships to citizens that desired
it most. Since Sigil does not have much of a music program, I would love it
if two Sigil citizens were to win this great opportunity. Venture around
Sigil and persuade my citizens to enter, even deliver the necessary
equipment they need to practice! Your support on this matter will be
greatly rewarded! May the Powers guide and protect you!

*Up to 26 quest points, 4 practice points, 15,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 9,000 gold pieces.
