NPC: A wandering monk
Long Desc: A wandering monk smiles at you as he walks past.

This monk has travelled from across the globe to come see the wonderous
shrines of Sigil.  It is well known that this city has some of the largest
and most exquisite shrines to behold, and this monk wishes to worship at
them.  Passing by you, he gives a slight nod of the head and a warm smile.
You do not recognize the symbols embroidered into his robe, but you are sure
he's of a benevolent following.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
