for Adventurers levels 25 to 55.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
This city was once a place for rogues and bards to find refuge. With
respect for the law and authority I placed in the hands of the city guards,
we were at peace with them as they valued the refuge they found here. Now
those who wish nothing but to fight for money or fame infest our peaceful
town. Ride forth and help me strike fear into these murderers' hearts.
There have been reports from my knights of monks and other healers now
populating the city, because there is money to be made from the injuries
sustained from these unwelcome guests. So I fear they, too, have overstayed
their welcome. For your assistance in this matter, you will be rewarded
well upon your return to me with a report of your success.
