Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
A recent survey indicated that Sigil citizens are the most Unhappiest in
Alyria. The survey extended through every town and the survey results
suggested that Sigil citizens are the most unsatisfied with their
lifestyles. For obvious reasons we must find out the cause of this and
solve it. I need you to visit Sigil citizens and find out from them what we
can do to make them more satisfied. This problem will take time to improve,
but for now I am arranging a week long festival to hopefully change the
unhappy atmosphere in Sigil. I also want you to invite the Diocletian
jester before returning to me with food for the festival. May the Powers
guide and protect you!
